Shipping policy

Processing: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 Delivery: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Shipping rates: U.S. orders of $25 or more ship free. U.S. orders under $25 ship for a flat $7.

International: We ship to many international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Digital products: Digital downloads and gift cards are delivered by email and do not ship.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email customercare@jarobele.com within 72 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
