Refund policy
Thanks for purchasing our products; we are excited to have you as our customer; however, due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged and/or incorrect items. If your products arrive damaged or you received the wrong item(s), please notify us within 72 hours ( 3 days) of receipt of the damaged product, and please send an email to customercare@jarobele.com Do not open any damaged or incorrect products; once opened, we cannot accept them for return or refund. Please be prepared to provide adequate photos upon request.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged/incorrect product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or PayPal account used at the time of purchase. If some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after use within seven days of purchase, and we will offer you a store credit for the item(s).
